Life is a Revelation…be encouraged

As I wrote one time…”don’t let your but get in the way.” While sometimes we feel we have legitimate reasons, I know I’ve allowed some excuses to be called reasons…the hardest part is being honest…or maybe it is just me.

Be encouraged!

I also attempt to convince Goddess I was not judging, it was an opinion
    She doesn’t believe there is a difference I think…

  2. Thank you so much for stopping by my blog and liking my post on Annapolis. Hope to see you back soon! Bella

    • I love Annapolis. When I did my run across America I ran through Annapolis. My wife and I stayed with a lovely 83 year old lady who was selling her home on the water and had purchased a home on the Gulf in Florida…on a 30 year note…talk about optimism…hahaha.

      • Did you say Run across America ? WOW ! That is absolutely incredible!

      • 3160 miles of putting one foot in front of the other…and repeating until done…an each one of those foot steps was a truly amazing experience that I will cherish in my soul forever.

      • My goodness ! I can hardly run a mile without my body raising a complete revolt ! Now walking/hiking..maybe I could do it that way. I bow down to your greatness of human strength and spirit.

      • Straighten up…think more stubbornness and idiocy…hahaha.

I was a professional ultra distance runner for 12 years. I discovered while I couldn’t run fast, I could run v-e-r-y long distances. I’ve done several 100 mile races, one 335 mile race, and even finished a 663 mile race in second place. It was great fun and I have treasured every moment I was able to run. Of course now it is a different story. I’ve been injured for the past 3 years and trying to deal with the possibility of hip replacement…currently I can make it a mile, but my wife has to work on both legs for about 45 minutes after I’m done so I’ll be able to get out of bed the next day. Yet I still harbor hope that someday I’ll be able to go out and run with the same wild spiritual abandon that I once did…pray for me.

        Be encouraged!
