An excellent post on a subject I still struggle to control…be encouraged!
It never ceases to amaze me
how we can twist a situation
to lay blame at the feet of
another. “It’s not my fault,”
is our banner cry as we convolute
what happened so that we pump
ourselves full of self-righteousness.
We are a participant in all our
situations. “What might I have
done differently?” and “What can
I learn from this?” can be
powerful questions to ask rather
than waving the flag of
“It’s not my fault!”
- To criticize or not to criticize?… that’s the question…. (stervelim.com)
