Remember…there for the grace of God go I..
Thanks for the reblog…these sad sights are becoming more common….
Indeed they are…but the answer to the root cause lies in providing the love and compassion to them as they grow up…some of us need a more nurturing environment…be encouraged!
Is very important be encouraged.
Yes it is…that is why I wanted to help shine the light into dark places…be encouraged!
so true………been there, done that, hope not to go back again.
Powerful images. Thank you for sharing.
Now…to change the world…be encouraged!
Very Sad. I know many of them have mental illness that can be treated with medication. They often cycle in and out of psychiatric facilities, and some have just been unlucky in life and have been beat up by circumstances. To all of them I hope and pray that they find peace and comfort – through caring individuals in their communities.
Comments like this are the reason we love you…btw how is the house thingie going…still heading west?…not trying to pry…be encouraged!
I just commented on Stephen’s reblog, & then read this. That’s EXACTLY what I was wondering – mental illness. My blog about me kicking alcohol, http://www.VodkaWasMyMuse.wordpress.com talks about mental illness all the time. It’s rife in my family. RIFE. I see the possible outcomes and I strive to change, because I have capacity to.
Agreed: God bless these people.
Oh Stephen… do you think 100% are alcoholic? Or maybe just, 100% have a mental health issue. Thank God for this warm bed I am now in, cat purring…
Naw…I just think 100% have issues we can see…the rest of us have issues you can’t see…but we all have issues…be encouraged!
“All things are connected.
Whatever befalls the earth befalls the sons of the earth.
Man did not weave the Web of Life; he is only a strand in it.
Whatever he does to the web, he does to himself. ”
If ever there was a time to bring light into the world, it is now.
You are entirely correct…hence the reason for this blog and our start-up company, LifeRevelation…clever name, don’t you think?
Children are so innocent. It really is something to think about.. that these people were once children.. somehow they got lost. But it is never to late to change your life around:) God works miracles everyday…:)
He does indeed…I am living proof of that…so let’s keep praying and working…and never, ever give up…be encouraged!
Aww this is so sad. I used to always think of people as children, but I haven’t done so in a while. It really makes it easier to be kind and understanding when you think of people like that.
It does…and maybe, except for the grace of God, go I…be encouraged!
